After completing his Master of Commerce (Business Management) in 2014 with first division, he set a clear mission—to contribute to advanced farming and support India’s farmers.

He works closely with farmers by identifying field-related issues and providing scientific solutions, guiding them in soil-test-based fertilizer planning, selecting disease-resistant crop varieties, and adopting modern irrigation technologies such as drip and sprinkler systems. His efforts help farmers reduce crop losses, improve productivity, and increase income per acre, making farming more sustainable and profitable.

Recognizing his remarkable contributions, several organizations and companies have honored him. His outstanding work in the field of agriculture has also earned him the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Samman.

Manish aims to empower farmers, uplift rural agriculture, and contribute to strengthening India’s overall food security.
